- 5 BEVERAGE AGENTS (agents de restauration)

ANAPEC is hiring for, PRINTEMPS DOHA, the largest department store in the Middle East. PRINTEMPS is a French Department Store, which has been in France for around 170 years. It will be opening in September 2022 in DOHA 

Job Purpose:
The Beverage Agent will proactively reach out to the store team in order to deliver their requirements on time. This role individually contributes by ensuring proper and efficient execution of the tasks in line with store and company policies and guidelines; in such a manner as to ensure the availability of the products, monitor and maintain quality of products to meet luxury standards.  Fast and organize are a must skill for a Beverage Agent.
Classify, store and tag, and secured items in the loading bay on a daily basis as per Company's procedures and items characteristics, in order to ensure timely finding and release of products. Participate in the inventory of products and report the end-of-day inventory status to Logistic Manager. Receive merchandize, count it physically and systematically in order to ensure accuracy of information and inspect its quality to report discrepancies. Assist Sales Team in replenishing stocks on the shelves in order to ensure availability of products at all times

Qualification:

Job Purpose
A Cashier, provide support for day-to-day tasks along with taking over most of the POS related process. A Cashier might also be likely to first handle any elevated customer concerns or questions, acts as an ambassador and is responsible for managing activities intended to achieve financial objectives, namely: receiving and processing customer transaction, developing and enhancing their skills in promoting sales results, and participating in the promotion of a positive work/store environment.
Cashier will ensure that every Client is treated with Company's standard and according Company's Sales Ceremony. The Cashier has to show an important level of client curiosity.  
Client and KPI oriented, the Cashier has to have a 360-degree vision of his commercial scope, which includes the back and front office duties and responsibilities. 

Qualification:
At least 1 years of experience in the retail industry or similar industry
Superior verbal and written communication skills
Financial background with excellent math and bookkeeping skills
Analytical, reporting skills and business, commercial awareness

Be a strong style advisor for the client (e.g. fashion conscious) assess the client’s style and match with product recommendations. Being updated of brands and having precise product knowledge. Find leads to new VVIP clients.

Job Purpose
A Supervisor provide support for day-to-day tasks along with the support to the Department Manager. A Supervisor might also be likely to first handle any elevated customer concerns or questions, as employee concerns. The employee is to be a confident leader who is able to manage both people and merchandise. 
The Supervisor will be an ambassador of Company's Doha. The position involves to be a role model to the team, and support the Department Manager in operational duties. The Supervisor will proactively reach out to Clients in order to achieve individual and team goals. Supervisor is the main point of reference for the sales team.
A Supervisor is in charge of coordinating and standardizing practices across all Company's location. A Supervisor, will support the Department Manager in leading and coaching Client Advisor and Junior Client Advisor.
Client and KPI oriented, the Supervisor has to have a 360-degree vision of his commercial scope, which includes the back and front office duties and responsibilities. Management of a Sales Team, understands and share all directives and motivated them to hit their revenue goals with a high level of Service is a main priority.

Qualification:
